What does my membership include?

How does the program work?

In most cases, you simply present your card to receive discounts. In some cases, you will find printer-friendly coupons online that you present with your card to obtain discounts.


Why will businesses give me discounts?

Participating retailers welcome our 8 million members to build their profits. Because the program is provided via the Internet to employee groups and association members, businesses save the cost of advertising, print materials and postage. They pass those savings directly to the  members.

How do I enroll?

What if I join and later decide to quit?

If you wish to cancel your membership within 30 days of purchase, simply return your membership card with a note explaining that you no longer wish to be a member. If you purchased the membership by credit card, your credit card account will be credited the purchase amount within 30 days. If you purchased the membership by check or money order, you will receive a refund check by mail within 30 days of our receipt of the membership materials.  View mailing address >>

How can I get help solving a problem with a retailer?

Should you ever encounter a problem with a participating retailer, please contact us by e-mail or phone. With thousands of retailers worldwide, we are constantly adding and training new merchants. Many retailers with high employee turnover are constantly training their employees. If you encounter an employee that is not aware of the program or fails to honor the discount, we want to hear from you as soon as possible. In most cases, we can educate the new employee and resolve the problem before another member encounters the same problem. If you contact us by e-mail, we will reply and let you know what resolution was reached.

How do I know when new local businesses or special offers are added near me?

When registering your Access Card, you will enter your ZIP/Postal Code. Thereafter, you will receive regular e-mails that list special offers near your home. You may change the ZIP/Postal Code in your personal profile to have the e-mail bulletins feature another area. The hottest deals are posted daily and offered while supplies last. Check the site daily.

Can I recommend other businesses to join the discount program?

Yes, please do! Just fill out the Recommend a Retailer form and we will contact them concerning our discount program.

Can I purchase additional memberships?

Enroll your spouse or another family member living at your same address at a discounted rate and extend your discount benefits! A second Card is ideal for working parents, business travel and even helping kids save money on lunch.

How do I search for discounts?
    There are three ways to ways to search for discounts worldwide:

  1. The QuickSearch is a simple, user-friendly search engine conveniently located near the top of the browser window on most of our Web pages. Enter any international city, a ZIP/Postal Code, or landmark (such as Golden Gate Bridge, Central Park, etc.). If you wish, you may increase or decrease your search area by selecting a radius (default is 25 miles or 40 kilometers). Finally, select the category you wish to search. Click the "Find" button to view the results of your search.

  2. The Advanced Search includes additional search options than those included in the QuickSearch. Advanced Search allows you to select a specific Country, State/Province, and City using drop-down menus. You can choose to search for discounts in All Categories or select one or more categories by checking the boxes next to each category. Entering an optional radius will extend or contract the search area (default is 25 miles or 40 kilometers). Click the "Find" button to continue.

  3. The Category List is the easiest way to find discounts offered nationwide from our participating National Merchants. No matter where you are, or plan to be, these businesses have an offer to benefit you. The List is located in the left gray column.
How do I change the order of the results of my search?

    After performing the search, locate the "sort" drop-down menu in the gray bar located at the top and bottom of the search results. Select any of the following options:

  • Distance: Sorts the results by distance from the location you entered (nearest retailer to furthest).
  • Category: Sorts the results by category.
  • Name: Sorts the results alphabetically by business name.
  • City: Sorts the results alphabetically by city.
How do I find a specific business?

    Go to the QuickSearch at the top of any page and do the following:

  1. Enter a location to search (city, landmark, or US or Canadian ZIP/Postal Code).
  2. Select a Radius to search (optional).
  3. Search by "-All Categories-."
  4. Click the "Find" button.
  5. If requested, select your location from the list of possible locations.
  6. On the search results page, sort by Name.
  7. Scroll down to find the business (you may need review multiple pages).
How do I find multiple locations of the same business?

    Go to the "Savings Directory" at the top of any page and do the following:

  1. Enter a location to search (city, landmark, or US or Canadian ZIP/Postal Code).
  2. Select a Radius to search.
  3. Search by "-All Categories-."
  4. Click the "Find" button.
  5. If requested, select your location from the list of possible locations.
  6. On the search results page, sort by Name.
  7. Scroll down to find the business (you may need review multiple pages).
How do I find all businesses in a specific category (dining, hotels, etc.) and location?

    Go to the "Savings Directory" at the top of any page and do the following:

  1. Enter a location to search (city, landmark, or US or Canadian ZIP/Postal Code).
  2. Select a Radius to search.
  3. Search by "-All Categories-."
  4. Click the "Find" button.
  5. If requested, select your location from the list of possible locations.
  6. On the search results page, sort by Category.
  7. Scroll down to find the business (you may need review multiple pages).

How do I activate my card?

Your card becomes active at the time of printing. When you receive your card in the mail, you can begin receiving discounts immediately. To view member-only information online, however, you will need to log in using the member numbers on your card.

Can I order extra cards for my family?

You may order additional cards for anyone you would like.  This make a great gift.

My card was lost or stolen. How can I replace it?

You may order a replacement card for $6.95 to cover materials, processing and postage (USA & Canada) by talking to a Member Services Representative.  Contact us to order >>

My card has expired. What now?

If you want the benefits of membership, you can purchase a new membership online by rejoining or you can renew your current membership by contacting us. What Web browsers and computers work with the Entertainment Members Area?

This is best viewed using the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer which can be downloaded and installed for free from Microsoft. Most releases of Netscape will also display data correctly. It is designed to operate on Internet capable PC and MAC computers.  Download latest version >>

How do I log in?

If this is your first time visiting the site, simply enter the number from the front of your card in the boxes. Your card should have two sets of numbers separated by a space or a dash. Please enter the first group of numbers in the first box, and the second group of numbers in the second box. Do not enter the dash. How do I log out?

Simply close the browser window when you are finished. Logging in, however, does not mean your personal information is accessible by others because your password is required to view your profile. For your convenience, once you have entered your password you will not need to enter it again during the same browser or session. As a security feature you will be logged out automatically if your computer is idle (or not used) for more than 20 minutes. If you use or are using a public computer, always close the browser when you are finished.
